What is your typical turnaround?
We pride ourselves on getting your order completed as quickly as possible. Our standard turnaround is 10 business days or less. We know how exciting it is to have your product back in your own hands and see the completed project.
But I need something in less than 2 weeks!
We’ve been known to work a miracle or two….We do our absolutely best to work with you on accommodating tighter turnarounds, no promises of course, but if we can make it happen we will! Give us a call or shoot us an e-mail as soon as possible so we can help get the ball rolling even if you’re still waiting on one thing or the other. It’s best to put it on our radar as soon as possible.
What file format should my logo or design be in?
In order to embroider, we need your artwork to be digitized.
Digitizing is the process of converting artwork into digital ‘stitches’ that can be read by today’s advanced embroidery machines. A digital image (.jpg, .pdf, .eps etc) is a starting point, but we must then digitize the artwork so the embroidery machines can stitch the design.
Embroidery: we can pretty much work off of any digital format. Within reason, the resolution is not usually an issue since the artwork will be recreated one stitch at a time. Digital formats are preferred to create exact replicas, but we have been known to take a picture of an already stitched logo and recreate it to the best of our ability.
Silk Screen: a high resolution file format is required, or additional art charges may be incurred.
Give us a call or send an email so we can help answer your custom design questions and concerns.
Is there a setup fee?
There is one-time setup fee for each printing technique. Once your logo(s) has been setup we keep it on file for future uses. Setup prices depend on several variables; size, location, colors etc. Stop by, call, or email so we can answer your logo specific questions. Send us your logo and we’ll discuss all the details.
